Na'aleh, is a division of Beis Midrash of Queens, a New York not-for-profit organization that has been around for over 20 years. It is registered as a charitable organization with the State of New York's Division of Consumer Services, a division of the State of New York's Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and may lawfully solicit donations under New York law. Beis Midrash of Queens has been granted official tax exempt status (section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code) from the United States Internal Revenue Service.
