In the shiur we mentioned that the ברכות התורה are recited only once a day since there is no היסח הדעת from Torah learning - One doesn’t take his mind off the study of Torah even when he becomes involved in  other activities.
Can you think of other aspects in our lives, as Jews, which should be constantly present in our consciousness?
