We obviously must follow our Gedoylim in every aspect of Toire, even when they proclaim that right is left and left is right; but what when they get involved in business such as promoting certain types of mobile phones or certain clothes shops over others? Or when they are being used as advertising campaign such as for the purpose of collecting money for certain Tzedoko causes?

They are promoting certain mobile phones for their kashruth not for business reasons...as for tzedoko campaigns, its all l'shem mitzvah and l'shem shamayim..
