Is it ok to say morning brachot while I'm breastfeeding? Is it a halacha to always be covered if sitting next to sefarim while breastfeeding?

Saying berachot while nursing is ok, but one should cover oneself while reciting the berachot.  One may nurse in front of sefarim.
