If this is a question halacha lemaaseh, I would suggest asking your local posek, but generally speaking, I would say as follows: If in general, your practice (even during the week) is to follow the Magen Avraham, namely, to satisfy the basic obligation of davening through a minimal tefilla (such as berachos), then on Shabbos it would be fine to say berachos, make kiddush, eat, and then daven the rest of tefilla after having eaten. However, if your practice is like the Mishneh Berurah, to daven shacharis and mincha each day, then one should really not eat a meal (nor say kiddush) until after shacharis. In the case, however, of a pregnant woman who really needs to eat to start her day, then for the period where she has this need, she can (and perhaps should) rely on the Magen Avraham -- say berachos, make kiddush, eat, and daven the rest afterwards.
