Just a little thought on this class. We have been learning in these classes that Hashem's compassion is inherent in every situation He presents us with. Over the past few years I've been worrying that if my life is so pleasant and easy, could that mean Hashem doesn't care about me so much? (I know it sounds weird! Smiley I guess a worrier will always manage to find something to worry about!) This class in general has helped combat this way of thinking, a few sentences specifically. "Wherever He places you, it’s for your good. He could guard you from tragedy just as well as He could confront you with tragedy, if that’s what you need for your benefit. You’re in His hand, and everything He gives you is an act of compassion." Thank you Rebbetzin Heller!
