Rebbetzin Heller was so on target when she said that most of us are hishtadlut control-freaks.   We think that the more we make plans and work hard and try to cover all grounds, the more successful we will be.   And that those of us who "let go" and say "it's all in Hashem's hands" do so usually out of laziness or apathy or despair.  The Rebbetzin then blessed us with the opportunity to meet someone who really doesn't go overboard with his hishtadlut  -  to meet the person who is happy with what he has because he knows it is exactly what he needs.  To meet the person who firmly believes that what is happening right now is exactly what is supposed to happen.   And that it's source is of compassion  -  Hashem.    Thank you, Rebbetzin!
