The tzaddik looks at himself critically each day to see if he is following the Torah as he should.  ""Who will I be today?"  "What is holding me back?"  He is aware every minute that he can bring kiddush Hashem into this world.  The regular person usually represses this awareness, though he can experience it throughout his day.  This depends on his concentration during his tephillot and brachot.   Rebbetzin Heller says that the regular person cannot maintain the constant awareness of the tazaddik.  May we be able to grow in this awareness each and everyday and strive to the level of the tzaddik!

I appreciated the distinction R' Heller made between the hashkafa of "Don't worry, everything will be okay" and "Don't worry, because inasmuch as that has happened, it IS okay and good in the deepest sense".
I always felt the "Don't worry, it''l be okay attitude was a little shallow
