This was one of the best interpretations of the rape of Dina that I have ever heard. This parsha always bothered me. Shira Smiles brought to me much understanding of the role of the Jewish woman in the world. It was a validation for me of all that I have felt and experienced in being a Jewish woman in the home and in the outside world.
