I think it's so interesting to notice how each person has different aspects of themselves that are either the Noach model - of having an inborn talent to be good in that area, or an Avraham model - of having to work to gain that level. We are all made up of parts of 'Noach' and parts of 'Avraham.' I wonder if when someone has a 'Noach' middah if they can convert this to an 'Avraham' aspect, of making a kinyan on it, if they stretch themselves in this aspect. Meaning, even if you have an inborn goodness, can you go beyond what is natural to you. I think this could be true in terms of going out to teach others. This is something that Noach was criticised for, that he didn't care about the others of his generation and teach them, wereas Avraham actively taught Torah. If you take a Noach aspect of yourself and use it to strech beyond yourself to teach others specifically about this midah, you will be moving beyond the aspect of Noach and realy aquiring this trait as your own, and moving it into the realm of 'Avraham.'
