Rebz Heller talks about knowing Him through Tefilla and different types to not do. While I was listening to it I was reminded of another shiur and piece of good advice...as your listening at laest part of you is thinkin "oh these people do that, this person does this, etc." and you have to stop and think this is also for me, if I'm not doing it now, maybe at some point I will. And stop worring about others. It's a class on TEFILLA which is only b/t YOU and HASHEM!
