The two things that impressed me the most abut this shiur are:
a) The chiastic structure between the first 2 mizmorim in Sefer Tehillim
b) Rabbi David's explanation at the end of the shiur that this mizmor is supposed to give us hope that eventually the kings/governments of the world will come to serve Hashem.
