After listening to this class, when I daven the amidah, I now try to turn inwards to the Chevron inside of me.   I try to keep in mind that during that first bracha, I have the ability to tap into the wellspring of the Avot deeply hidden within.    It has really changed my concentration when I daven.

I agree with Barbara that this shiur can have a very powerful impact on davening.  The idea that we are connecting to the Avraham, Yitzchak and Yaakov within us is incredible.

Another thing that I think is a very powerful message is what Mrs. Smiles said about other people.  How we see them and their "giants" - all the bad things.  All the negative.  We, as friends, human beings and teachers are to bring out the Chevron in people.  Focus on the deeper Avraham, Yitzchak and Yaakov within each person.  It's hard! people can have pretty big giants...but it's powerful!
