The fruit that was grown in Eretz Yisroel may have absorbed the kedusha and can potentially effect us.  What about the fruits of Eretz Yisroel that are grown in chutz L'aretz.  We still make the bracha m'ein shalos on those as well.  Do these fruits have special qualities even if not grown on the soil of Eretz Yisroel?

I understand that a birds existence is the Ratzon of Hashem, but so is the existence of Olam Habah. A bird is not making choices that help him grow. How does his existence in this world manifest Hashems Will anymore than Moshe Rabbeinus in Olam Habah?
