It's sobering to recognize according to the KLi Yakar that we don't have the promise to Eretz Yisroel if we don't merit it.  Instead of having rallies about peace we should have teshuva rallies. May we all merit the geula b'karov.

the fact that one needs to say "Nah" for spiritual things and not for physical is interesting. I would have imagined that that did not apply to someone of an immense spiritual stature who sees things from a spiritual perspective.
