I read the article by R' Salomon several years ago and thought it was a very important message for women. This was the first time I heard it quoted in a shiur. Now that it has been placed in the context of Dinah in Parashas Vayishlach it holds new meaning for me. May we all learn from and internalize the messages as we attempt to reflect Torah messages to our families and the world!
