Discuss the conflicts faced by the leaders of the Judenrat, the leaders of the ghetto.
On the one hand the good ones among them wanted to help the Jews and on the other hand they were forced by the Nazis to carry out their evil decrees included sending the Jews to their death. Some refused to comply and were killed and some became even more corrupt as a result.
