Rosh Chodesh and Women
Teacher: Rebbetzin Tziporah Heller Class:

Jewish Calendar I

Added: February 20, 2007
Class Number: 9 of 18 Time: 00:49
Topics: Faith & Emunah / Holidays / Rosh Chodesh / Women in Torah & Tanach
In this Torah shiur (class), Rebbetzin Heller explores the relationship between Rosh Chodesh and women. We learn in the Torah, that the women's faith was greater than the men's, since they did not take part in the sin of the Golden Calf. Because of this, the women were rewarded with a "partial holiday" of Rosh Chodesh. This Torah class is available online in streaming video and for download in mp3 and ipod video formats.
