Rabbi Azarya Berzon
Rav Azarya Berzon in Eretz Yisrael and the US, primarily with HaRav Yosef Dov Soloveitchik, zatzal, whose Derech HaLimud
he faithfully absorbed. He taught for 13 years at Yeshivat Birchat Moshe in Maaleh Adumim and
Yeshivat Shaalvim. In 1991 Rav Berzon founded Yeshiva Sha'arei Mevaseret Zion where he served as Rosh Yeshiva for 18 years. Rav Berzon is acknowledged as an educator who utilizes the Brisker Derech. He has written extensively about this Derech HaLimud and is currently completing a work on the Rambam.

has established Yeshiva Oz LaMelech, www.ozlamelech.com, specifically geared to the
interests and needs of mature men who wish to dedicate serious time to
Torah study in Yerushalayim. Rav Berzon is
well known for his dynamic teaching methodology. He strives to impart a
unique style, so students learn how to analyze a sugya (Talmudic topic) and can
incorporate those skills for future success. |
